This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA ("Vercel"). When you access the website, technically necessary data (see section 3) is transmitted to Vercel. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable, secure, and performant provision of the website). A data processing agreement with Vercel is in place. Since Vercel may process data in the United States, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

3. Access data / server log files

When you access this website, our hoster automatically collects information that your browser transmits. This includes:

  • IP address
  • date and time of the request
  • URL requested
  • referrer URL
  • browser and operating system used

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable provision and security of the website). This data is deleted after a maximum of 30 days or in accordance with the hoster's specifications, unless statutory retention obligations or specific indications justify longer storage (e.g. cases of abuse).

4. Fonts

For a consistent typographic appearance, this site uses self-hosted fonts delivered via the framework feature next/font. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or other external providers; fonts are loaded directly from this website's server.

5. Cookies & consent

This website uses cookies and comparable storage technologies. We distinguish between:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for operating the site (e.g. storing your consent settings). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) (2) TDDDG.
  • Consent-based cookies (e.g. for affiliate tracking), which are only set after your active consent via our cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie banner or by deleting the corresponding cookies in your browser.

6. Affiliate marketing

Awin (MasterTag & deep-links). We participate in the partner program of Awin AG, Eichhornstraße 3, 10785 Berlin, Germany. When you click an affiliate link, a cookie is set via the Awin MasterTag or a deep-link redirect, allowing Awin and the respective advertiser to attribute a resulting purchase to our recommendation. We receive a commission for this. Pseudonymous information such as the click time, a click ID, and the clicked campaign is processed and shared with Awin and the advertiser. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time via our cookie banner. The storage duration of the cookies set is typically between 30 and 90 days.

Amazon Associates program (deep-links). We are a participant in the partner program of Amazon EU S.à r.l., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, which is an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon. When you click an Amazon affiliate link, you are redirected to Amazon, where a cookie is set on amazon.de enabling Amazon to attribute a resulting purchase to our recommendation. No cookies are set on our own website in this context. The legal basis for using these links is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the economic viability of this site). Any further processing of your data by Amazon is governed by Amazon's privacy notice.

Additional affiliate programs may be added in the future; we will update this privacy policy accordingly.
