I use data to understand my body better, not to define myself by numbers.

I use measurements as feedback, not identity. The goal is not to chase perfect numbers, but to better understand how training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle choices affect my body over time.

Some markers help me spot trends early. Others confirm what I already feel. And often the most useful insight comes from the combination of subjective experience and objective data.

This section brings together the health and performance markers I track most closely: Biological Age, Bloodwork, Body Composition, and Sleep & Recovery.
