What matters most is not just how old I am, but how well my body is aging.
I am interested in biological age because it offers a broader way of thinking about health than chronological age alone. What matters to me is not just how old I am on paper, but how well my body is functioning, adapting, and recovering over time.
That said, I do not treat biological age metrics as absolute truth. Most of them are proxies, models, or estimates, which makes them interesting — but also limited. Their value lies less in the exact number and more in the direction over time.
That is why I always interpret them in context with Bloodwork, Body Composition, Sleep & Recovery, and Exercise. In the end, I care less about a score and more about building a body that stays resilient, capable, and healthy in the long term.
